PARKWAY OF BROKEN DREAMS
In recent years, Las Vegas has become known for giant music festivals, trendsetting nightclubs and massive redevelopment efforts. But little known is the story of the organically grown counterculture scene in the University District that set the stage for everything to come more than 25 years ago.

MURDERED ON THE FOURTH OF JULY
Pj Perez’s forthcoming documentary explores how years of mounting tensions between multicultural, anti-racist skinheads and white neo-Nazi groups led to two brutal murders in the desert outside Las Vegas on July 4, 1998, including that of a Black poet, punk rocker, and new father, Lin “Spit” Newborn.

CONSTANT HUM
Set against the unrelenting hum of Las Vegas, Roudi Boroumand’s upcoming short film follows an unhoused man, haunted by unfinished dreams, who clings to his ritual of humming as both refuge and resistance. He finds fragile sparks of connection with a young psychic and an old friend before confronting the ruins of his past.
A co-production with 1309 Pictures.
